Our commitment to precision is unmatched, as we employ specialized straightening techniques for steel pipes, significantly reducing ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. This results in a frictional resistance coefficient that has been finely tuned from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been improved from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness has been optimized to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Our idlers feature an axial load capacity exceeding 15 KN, elevating their lifespan to surpass an impressive 45,000 hours.

Harnessing cutting-edge technology, our idler shaft processing lines are fully automated, performing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations. The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,and can accommodate workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
