Our steadfast commitment to supreme quality is evident in our specialized straightening processes for steel pipes. This meticulous practice reduces ovality and straightness errors in roller rings by a remarkable 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has been optimized from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023; radial runout is fine-tuned from 1.0 mm to an astonishing 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness is refined from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, as per MT821 standards, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, exceeding an extraordinary 45,000 hours.
Our production line represents a pinnacle of technological innovation, achieving full automation in every stage of idler production, including straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly. This streamlined operation is the epitome of efficiency and advanced manufacturing.
Our idler shaft processing employs the latest fully automated production lines, capable of executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the ability to handle workpieces up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm

4. Each steel material undergoes rigorous pre-treatment to reach the St2-1/2 level. For parts requiring welded structures, they are meticulously crafted in strict accordance with national welding standards, ensuring they conform to the latest national criteria.
