Our production prowess is further amplified by two cutting-edge idler shaft material lines from the renowned Fuzhou Sanxun, enabling us to craft idlers with diameters ranging fromφ89 mm to a robust φ219mm, with an exceptional length spectrum stretching from 190mm to a grand 2200mm.We sustain our commitment to quality by utilizing premium special steels for our idlers, sourced from distinguished suppliers such as Xuzhou Guanghuan and Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO), assuring each idler's structural integrity and durability.
Our relentless pursuit of excellence is showcased through specialized steel pipe straightening to minimize ovality and enhance precision, reducing roller ring errors by 50% over MT821 standards. Our idlers boast a frictional resistance coefficient lowered from 0.025 to 0.023, radial runout refined from 1.0 mm to 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness improved from 1.0 mm to 0.20 mm. Withstanding axial loads surpassing 15 KN per MT821 standards, our idlers' lifespan is upgraded by a precision grade, surpassing 45,000 operational hours.
Our production line represents technological evolution, achieving complete automation across all idler manufacturing phases, including straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly, embodying efficiency and innovation.
Our idler shaft process integrates advanced fully automated lines, executing precise operations like servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves. Remarkably, the distance between milled grooves can be as short as 190mm,while processing workpieces up to a substantial length of 2200mm,
