The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient impressively drops from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout improves significantly from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm; and straightness after straightening advances from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, the longevity of our idlers surpasses expectations, reaching beyond 45,000 hours, showcasing our dedication to excellence.
