Our relentless pursuit of superior quality is underscored by our selection of high-grade special steels for our idlers, sourced from prestigious suppliers like Xuzhou Guanghuan and the esteemed Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes.
Our unwavering commitment to quality is demonstrated through specialized straightening processes for steel pipes, markedly reducing the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been optimally reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout has seen a dramatic improvement from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is now enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load capability exceeding 15 KN, surpassing MT821 standards, our idlers achieve a longevity of over 45,000 hours, elevating them by one precision grade.

Our idler shaft processing features state-of-the-art fully automatic production lines, enabling precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, and center hole drilling, as well as milling flat groove operations on the idler shaft. The precision is such that the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capability to process workpieces with lengths reaching up to a substantial 2200mm
