The simulated frictional resistance coefficient of our idler has been optimally reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been significantly refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per MT821 standards, our idlers boast a lifespan elevated by one precision grade, surpassing 45,000 hours.
