The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively lowered from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, conforming to the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a superior precision grade with an astounding service life exceeding 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing utilizes state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, performing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of managing workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
