The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively minimized from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, the straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, conforming to the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a high precision grade with a service life surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

The gap between two milled grooves can be as small as 190mm,managing workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
