The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been adeptly reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been honed from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is optimized from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Withstanding an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per MT821 standards, our idlers boast a lifespan surpassing one precision grade, achieving an extraordinary longevity of over 45,000 hours.
