Our commitment to supreme quality is unwavering, as we meticulously straighten steel pipes to significantly reduce ovality and straightness errors, achieving a remarkable 50% improvement over the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has been meticulously reduced from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023, while its radial runout is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm. Our precision straightening has improved straightness from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Withstanding axial loads exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers now exceed 45,000 hours of operational life.

Notably, it accommodates grooves as close as 190mm, processing workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm
