Our relentless drive for exceptional quality shines through our specialized steel pipe straightening process. This meticulous method reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an incredible 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The simulated frictional resistance coefficient of the idler has impressively diminished from 0.025 to 0.023, and radial runout has been significantly improved from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is honed from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated to a superior precision grade, surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.
