The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is expertly reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while the radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is dramatically improved from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a high precision grade with an exceptional service life surpassing 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing employs state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The minimal distance between two milled grooves can be as little as 190mm,accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
