This infrastructure empowers us to process a diverse array of idlers with diameters ranging fromφ89 mm to φ219 mm, and an impressive length span ranging from 190 mm to 2200 mm.Our commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through our selection of high-caliber special steels for idlers, sourced from distinguished suppliers such as Xuzhou Guanghuan and the prestigious Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes.
Our dedication to superior quality is showcased in the precision straightening of steel pipes, which dramatically reduces ovality and straightness errors of the roller rings by 50% compared to MT821 standards. The simulated frictional resistance coefficient of our idler is reduced from 0.025 to 0.023. Radial runout is enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness is improved from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Surpassing standard expectations, our idlers bear an axial load of over 15 KN, extending their lifespan by a precision grade to exceed an impressive 45,000 hours.
Our production line embodies cutting-edge technological advancements, achieving full automation across every facet of idler manufacturing. From straightening to pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly, each step epitomizes efficiency and innovation.
Utilizing state-of-the-art fully automatic production lines, our idler shaft processing executes precise, servo-fixed-length cutting, end-face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and flat groove milling. Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be minimized to just 190mm,with the capability to accommodate workpieces up to an impressive length of 2200mm.

2. Each idler integrates specialized bearings and meticulously stamped bearing housings with dual-layer seals, guaranteeing exceptional sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and prolonged durability. For optimal performance, we employ premier bearings from esteemed imported brands.
3. Our idlers' dustproof capabilities rigorously comply with MT821-1999 regulations, while their waterproof performance is equally aligned with these stringent standards.
