The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is remarkably optimized from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is improved from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness enhances from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a superior precision grade with a service life surpassing an exceptional 45,000 hours.
