Our unwavering dedication to quality shines through in our specialized steel pipe straightening process, drastically minimizing roller ring errors by 50% as compared to MT821 standards. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has impressively been lowered from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout refined from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN per MT821 standards, our idlers now boast a lifespan elevated by one precision grade, exceeding an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing is a hallmark of precision, utilizing advanced fully automatic lines capable of executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations. Notably, the proximity between milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,while accommodating workpieces up to a substantial length of 2200mm.
