Our dedication to superior quality is unparalleled, employing specialized straightening methods for steel pipes that reduce ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by a remarkable 50% against the MT821 standard. Noteworthy improvements include lowering the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023 and enhancing radial runout from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm. The straightness post-straightening now stands at an exceptional 0.20 mm, an improvement from 1.0 mm. Enduring an axial load surpassing 15 KN per MT821 standard, our idlers boast a lifespan exceeding 45,000 hours, elevated by one precision grade.
