This careful methodology decreases ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been reduced from 0.025 to a remarkable 0.023, while radial runout is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness achieves an outstanding refinement from 1.0 mm to 0.20 mm. Exceeding an axial load of 15 KN as per MT821 standard, our idlers offer an extraordinary precision grade, with a lifespan surpassing an incredible 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing employs cutting-edge fully automated production lines, executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with the capacity to manage workpieces up to an impressive maximum length of 2200mm.
