The idler's frictional resistance coefficient is notably decreased from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, straightness achieves an extraordinary 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, in line with the MT821 standard, our idlers reach an elevated precision level, boasting an exceptional service life surpassing 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing employs state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, impeccably executing operations like servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
