Post-straightening straightness enhances from 1.0 mm to an astounding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, in line with the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision standard with a service life surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

The gap between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
