The idler's frictional resistance coefficient sharply declines from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness improves from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, in line with the MT821 standard, our idlers reach a heightened precision grade with a phenomenal service life exceeding 45,000 hours.

The minimal distance between two milled grooves can be as little as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces with a length reaching up to 2200mm.
