Our unwavering dedication to quality is further highlighted by our use of premium special steels for idlers, sourced from distinguished suppliers like Xuzhou Guanghuan and the renowned TISCO stainless steel pipes.
Our relentless pursuit of superior quality drives our specialized straightening of steel pipes. This precision reduces ovality and straightness errors by a significant 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been successfully reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has impressively decreased from 1.0 mm to 0.35 mm; and straightness after straightening is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers' lifespan is elevated to surpass 45,000 hours, achieving a higher precision grade.
Our production line is a testament to technological innovation, achieving full automation throughout the idler production process. This includes straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly-epitomizing efficiency and cutting-edge advancement.
Our idler shaft processing leverages advanced fully automatic production lines, enabling precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove on the idler shaft. Impressively, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capability to process workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm
