The idler's simulated frictional resistance has been refined from 0.025 to 0.023, and radial runout has been enhanced from 1.0 mm to 0.35 mm, achieving a straightness of 0.20 mm post-straightening. Surpassing the MT821 standard with an axial load above 15 KN, our idlers boast a service life of over 45,000 hours, reaching a superior precision grade.
