The simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, and radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is elevated from 1.0 mm to a stellar 0.20 mm. Surpassing an axial load of 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision grade with a service life over an extraordinary 45,000 hours.
