Dedicated to achieving unmatched quality, we conduct precise straightening of steel pipes, drastically minimizing ovality and straightness deviations in roller rings by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. Our idlers boast reduced simulated frictional resistance coefficients, now lowered from 0.025 to 0.023. Radial runout sees a drastic improvement from 1.0 mm to just 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.20 mm. Withstanding axial loads surpassing 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers exceed a lifespan of 45,000 hours, reaching a higher precision grade.
Our state-of-the-art production line embodies technological progress, achieving complete automation across the idler production process. This includes straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly, ensuring a flawless blend of efficiency and innovation.
Our idler shaft processing harnesses the latest fully automatic production lines, executing precision tasks like servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations with impressive finesse.
