Our commitment to superior quality is unwavering. Through meticulous straightening, we reduce steel pipe ovality and straightness errors by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient impressively decreases from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout is improved from 1.0 mm to an astounding 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With axial loads exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers' lifespans are elevated, surpassing an impressive 45,000 hours.

Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with a capacity to process workpieces up to a robust maximum length of 2200mm.
