Our relentless pursuit of excellence is evidenced by our specialized straightening of steel pipes. This procedure astoundingly reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by a substantial 50% beyond the MT821 standard. We have notably decreased the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023; enhanced radial runout from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm; and improved straightness from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, guaranteeing a remarkable service life that surpasses 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing is executed with state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines. These lines deliver precise operations, including servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, while maintaining the capability to process workpieces up to an impressive maximum length of 2200mm
