The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is optimally reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is improved from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Furthermore, with an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821, our idlers surpass one precision grade, boasting an impressive lifespan exceeding 45,000 hours.
