The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively diminished from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is refined to an impressive 0.20 mm from 1.0 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, according to the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision level with a service life exceeding a remarkable 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of handling workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
