This precise process remarkably reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been skillfully decreased from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been dramatically refined from 1.0 mm to an excellent 0.35 mm; and the straightness post-straightening is elevated from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Designed to withstand an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers boast a lifespan exceeding an exceptional 45,000 hours by one precision grade.
