This meticulous method reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an incredible 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has been impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout has been dramatically improved from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated to a higher precision grade, surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with the capability to handle components extending to an astounding maximum length of 2200mm.
