We have reduced the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023, while improving radial runout from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a precision grade lifecycle surpassing 45,000 hours.
