The idler's frictional resistance coefficient is impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, with radial runout refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is honed from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. Achieving an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers boast a precision-grade lifespan surpassing an astounding 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing harnesses advanced fully automated production lines, expertly handling intricate operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,while accommodating workpieces up to a formidable maximum length of 2200mm.
