This meticulous method significantly enhances roller ring precision, reducing ovality and straightness errors by a striking 50% compared to the MT821 standard. We have expertly decreased the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023. Radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness is perfected from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load capacity exceeding 15 KN, our idlers' lifespan achieves a higher precision grade, lasting an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing leverages the latest in fully automated production technology, flawlessly executing intricate operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. With precision, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,and we have the remarkable capability to handle workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
