Drive Rollers:
Power Core: Features high-strength alloy steel shafts and premium steel drums with options for smooth surfaces, chevron/diamond rubber lagging (friction coefficient 0.25-0.4), ideal for high-humidity and high-power applications.
Customization: Diameters ranging from 200-2000 mm, belt widths covering 500-2400 mm. Non-standard designs available (e.g., magnetic-resistant rollers, ceramic lagging).

 

Direction-changing Drum:

Flexible Steering: The smooth rubber surface reduces material sticking. It features a cast iron or steel plate welding structure, suitable for tail tensioning or path adjustment. The wrapping angle can be optimized up to 240°. 

 

Electric Drum:

Integrated Drive: It integrates the motor and the reducer, featuring strong sealing performance. It is suitable for dusty and humid environments. The power range is 11-315kW, and it has a compact structure, saving space. 

 

Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Drum:

Energy-saving and High-efficiency: Without a reducer design, the energy-saving rate exceeds 25%. It is suitable for mines and coal preparation plants, and the maintenance cost is reduced by 75%.

Product Parameters

Cylinder	For those with an outer diameter ≤ 320mm, seamless steel pipes shall be used. For those with larger dimensions, Q235 steel plates shall be rolled and welded, and shall undergo shot blasting pretreatment (grade Sa2.5) and flaw detection.
Bearing	SKF/FAG imported bearings, split bearing housing design. The lubrication cycle is 2000 hours. Molybdenum disulfide grease can be selected for high-temperature environments.
Surface Treatment	Rubber Coating/Casting: The coating is made of rubber (Shore hardness 70°), polyurethane or ceramic. The thickness ranges from 12 to 16 mm. It has the properties of wear resistance and anti-slip, and has passed the flame retardant certification (in accordance with the MT113 standard).
Dynamic balance	It complies with the ISO 1940-1 G6.3 standard when the rotational speed exceeds 500 r/min, and the out-of-roundness (jump) is ≤ 1.4 mm (when the diameter is > 800 mm).
Welding standard	CO2 gas shielded welding, ultrasonic/X-ray flaw detection, stress relief by annealing to ensure there are no cracks or slag inclusion defects.
