Our dedication to superior quality is evident in our specialized steel pipe straightening process, which reduces ovality and straightness variations of roller rings by an astounding 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively lowered from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness leaps from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers reach a high precision grade with an extraordinary service life exceeding 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing leverages state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, performing meticulous operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be minimized to an ultra-precise 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
