Our pursuit of superior quality is evident in our specialized steel pipe straightening process, which significantly reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been lowered remarkably from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout has been refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. After straightening, the straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to a superb 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated to a precision grade that exceeds a remarkable 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing utilizes state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, expertly executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with the capability to accommodate workpieces up to a maximum length of an impressive 2200mm.
