After straightening, straightness improves from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision grade and a remarkable service life exceeding 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to an astounding maximum length of 2200mm.
