Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN according to MT821 standards, our idlers achieve a superior precision grade, extending the service life to over an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
