Additionally, the radial runout shows a remarkable improvement from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm, and post-straightening straightness is refined from 1.0 mm to a standout 0.20 mm. Featuring an axial load surpassing 15 KN, in accordance with the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, surpassing an impressive 45,000 hours.

Employing state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines, our idler shaft processing achieves meticulous servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with the capacity to handle workpieces extending up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm.
