Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, conforming to the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a higher precision grade with a service life surpassing a remarkable 45,000 hours.

In our idler shaft processing, we leverage state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, performing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The minimal distance between two milled grooves can be as short as 190mm,capable of processing workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
