We hold ourselves to the highest standards by performing meticulous straightening on steel pipes. This exacting process reduces the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an incredible 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The frictional resistance coefficient of our idlers has been impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been significantly refined from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is elevated from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. Surpassing an axial load of 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers enjoy an extended lifespan, raising the bar to exceed 45,000 hours.
