We are devoted to achieving unparalleled quality with specialized straightening processes for steel pipes, significantly reducing ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. Our idlers boast a reduced simulated frictional resistance coefficient—from 0.025 to 0.023—and improved radial runout, enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is elevated from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. Withstanding axial loads over 15 KN as per MT821 standards, our idlers exceed 45,000 hours of operational life, surpassing a precision grade.

In idler shaft processing, we employ cutting-edge fully automated production lines that execute precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations.
