This process drastically reduces ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by an astounding 50% compared to MT821 standards. The simulated frictional resistance coefficient of our idlers impressively drops from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an astonishing 0.20 mm. With axial loads exceeding 15 KN in accordance with MT821 standards, our idlers boast an elevated precision grade and a phenomenal service life of over 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as small as 190mm,and can manage workpieces up to an impressive length of 2200mm.
