We've expertly lowered the idler's frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023, while enhancing radial runout from 1.0 mm to a stellar 0.35 mm, and straightness post-straightening from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Surpassing MT821 standards with an axial load exceeding 15 KN, our idlers achieve a superior lifespan, advancing by one precision grade to exceed a remarkable 45,000 hours.
