Our idlers boast an exceptional simulated frictional resistance coefficient, decreased from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been optimized from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load capacity exceeding 15 KN per MT821 standards, our idlers' lifespan is elevated to over 45,000 hours, representing an unparalleled precision grade.
