This meticulous method reduces the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an astounding 50%, surpassing the MT821 standard benchmarks. We have impressively optimized the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been superbly enhanced from 1.0 mm to a phenomenal 0.35 mm; and the post-straightening straightness has been elevated from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding the MT821 standard of 15 KN, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, surpassing a remarkable 45,000 hours of operation.
