Our facilities also include two sophisticated idler shaft material production lines developed by the renowned Fuzhou Sanxun, allowing us the flexibility to process a diverse array of idlers with diameters ranging fromφ89 mm to φ219 mm, and an impressive length spectrum extending from 190 mm to 2200 mm.Our unwavering dedication to quality is demonstrated by our selection of special steels for idlers, which are acquired from premium suppliers like Xuzhou Guanghuan and the venerable Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes.
Our relentless pursuit of excellence drives us to perform specialized straightening on steel pipes, effectively reducing the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The coefficient of simulated frictional resistance of our idlers has been reduced from 0.025 to a remarkable 0.023; radial runout improved from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. Withstanding an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers boast a lifespan that surpasses 45,000 hours, elevating them by one precision grade.

Our idler shaft processing harnesses the power of state-of-the-art fully automated production lines. These lines adeptly perform precise operations, including servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves. Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,and can accommodate workpieces with a substantial maximum length of 2200mm.
