Our facilities include three additional semi-automatic idler production lines and two state-of-the-art idler shaft material production lines from the distinguished Fuzhou Sanxun, allowing us to expertly process a diverse range of idlers.φ89 mm-φ219mm and a remarkable length spectrum extending from 190mm - 2200mm. Our relentless pursuit of quality is evident in our advanced steel pipe straightening process, which significantly enhances precision by reducing ovality and straightness errors by 50% over the MT821 standard. The frictional resistance coefficient of our idlers has been expertly reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, radial runout improved from 1.0 mm to 0.35 mm, and straightness post-straightening refined from 1.0 mm to 0.20 mm. Our idlers boast an axial load capacity of over 15 KN as per MT821 standards, with an impressive lifespan exceeding 45,000 hours.
Our production line embodies cutting-edge technology, achieving full automation in the idler manufacturing process. From straightening and pipe cutting to boring, stamping, welding, and assembly, we ensure unmatched efficiency and innovation in every step.
Our sophisticated idler shaft processing employs fully automated production lines, executing precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations. The distance between milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capability to process workpieces up to a remarkable maximum length of 2200mm

1. Our idlers feature an innovative design for easy replacement, paired with enduring welding craftsmanship to ensure no wear on the idler shell throughout its substantial service life, lasting a minimum of 45,000 hours.
2. Our idlers are equipped with specially designed bearings and stamped bearing housings that feature double-layer seals to ensure excellent sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and outstanding longevity. We use premium bearings from trusted imported brands for superior performance.
3. The idlers' dustproof capabilities adhere strictly to MT821 - 1999 regulations, and their waterproof performance is aligned with these stringent standards.
4. All steel materials undergo meticulous pre-treatment to achieve the St2-1/2 level. For welded structural parts, manufacturing strictly follows national welding standards, ensuring compliance with up-to-date national specifications.
5. The rotational resistance coefficient of the upper idlers is precisely maintained at 0.022 or below, while the lower idlers boast an even lower coefficient, not exceeding 0.02, underscoring our dedication to excellence in engineering and performance.
