This meticulous procedure reduces the ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by a phenomenal 50% compared to the MT821 standard. We've successfully reduced the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023; radial runout has been dramatically improved from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm; and straightness post-straightening is refined from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, exceeding a remarkable 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing is conducted on state-of-the-art fully automatic production lines, enabling precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations on the idler shaft. Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as precise as 190mm, while accommodating workpieces up to a significant maximum length of 2200mm
