Our quest for superior quality is epitomized in our specialized steel pipe straightening process, which remarkably reduces ovality and straightness variances of roller rings by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient impressively drops from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness improves significantly from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, in line with the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an enhanced precision grade and boast a service life exceeding a remarkable 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing leverages state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, performing precise tasks such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as short as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
